My Sprained Ankle
Yesterday at the beach I sprained my ankle. It really hurt and I had to go to the hospital and get x- rays. The x-ray lady talked to me like I was 3 years old. After that they let me look at the x- rays And gave me a white thing to put around my ankle. They also gave me crutches and said that I had to use them for a couple days. I also start soccer in 1 or 2 weeks and they told us to get a thing to put around my ankle for protection. I have to wear that thing for the rest of the year.
I am glad that my ankle is not broken and I hope that it gets better soon!

I'm glad your ankle isn't broken too. That would be sad to miss soccer AGAIN this year!
On the bright side...you get to sit around for a few days while your family takes care of you!
What a lucky young man you are. Sorry that they talked to you like you were a little kid! Don't they know that you are almost 11?
Love the picture. I bet you will get a lot of sympathy out of your friends too. But I do hope that the pain is getting less and less each day.
How about a post on the weeks camp you went to, you could put up some great pictures of that too.
